URLs in realname appear clickable but do not respond

Steps

1. Connect to core supporting the RichMessages flag
2. Receive or send a message with a URL in the realname field of the sender
   • Set your own realname to have a URL
   • View someone else's, e.g. Sput on Freenode/#quassel
3. Try to open the link

Expected

Links in realname fields can be tapped, just like in messages.

Or...

Links in realname fields are not treated specially, requiring one to copy the message (if even possible).

Actual

The link appears tappable, but cannot be opened.

Additional

There's probably an argument to be made about likelihood of spam abuse, or just the distracting nature of seeing a URL linked every single message. I'd personally argue for disabling the link formatting for now, and eventually providing a way to access the plaintext realname of historical messages.
