Display Servermessages in Current Buffer

As in the Desktop Client, i would love to see servermessages in the current Buffer (when on the same Network)

For Example a public Dicussion and someone sends me a private /notice, it gets displayed inline the Discussion but only visible for me.

Or on some bot-interactions the reply is also often configured as a notice

Or even if a Channel has a Welcomemessage by Chanserv...

Or or or, lot of usecases.

If they could get displayed where i am, i wouldn't need to switsch to the serverbuffer to read and everything could stay in the flow :)
