When selecting Unlimited rate limit, "Delay" should be disabled

1. Connect and go to the configuration page for a network
2. Scroll down to Custom Rate Limits, enable
3. Check the Unlimited box

Expected

Delay gets disabled as it has no effect.

Actual

Delay remains enabled, confusing the intent of unlimited.

Additional

Unlimited might need reorganized or clarified to explain what it does - turns off all rate limiting. I'm not sure of the best way to approach this.

Given Burst Size and Delay aren't immediately obvious, either, this could be a FAQ/support entry on the QuasselDroid website.
