Tests (#131) 

* - adding the latest build back to gitlab

* - changing the go version for gitlab build to 1.7 golang

* - adding the extra deps for unit tests

* - fixed up the proxy protocol wrapping of the listener
- added a getRevocationURL to the fake oauth service
- cleaned up the generation of fakes jwt token for unit tests
- added a makeTestOauthLogin test method for fake a standard oauth login by a user
- added tests to check the logout handler is working
